On April 3, 2017, we were able to conduct some interesting discussions on the subject of “Big Machine Data” with M & R Automation, as part of the SFG fastforward4you “Machine and Plant Engineering in Focus” event in Grambach. Best-practice examples from the industry, targeted at networked, digital and intelligent production were presented. T-matix solutions reported on the development of t-matix as an IoT Specialist as well as on the advantages of an independent, programming-free and flexible IoT Platform. In addition, questions about data ownership, IoT standards and generic hardware interfaces were discussed.
