Insolvency proceedings were opened on the assets of t-matix solutions GmbH on the 22nd of October 2021. The assets (software, source code, trademark rights…) of t-matix were transferred to Software-Management GmbH by the liquidator on the 11th of November 2021. This ensures the continued operation of the t-matix IoT platform and products.
GPS.at takes care of the t-matix customers, partners, products, and solutions. The t-matix brand will continue to exist under the management of GPS.at. Under the new management, t-matix will continue its successful path, above all on the construction industry and OEM target groups.
Subsequently, customers and partners are informed individually in discussions about the new situation and how the common path to a successful and innovative future can be continued and strengthened together.
Since the takeover, we have been working intensively in support to find concrete and quick solutions. Deliveries are made and prepared by our motivated team and carried out daily. We are very active in discussions with existing, as well as new contacts and convince with our fresh energy and drive. The t-matix IoT platform will continue to be technically reconstructed and expanded for the target groups of machine manufacturers, logistics and construction groups, cities, and energy suppliers. This way we remain your competent contact for all IoT platform matters.
